Some people are afraid, it seems, to create elders. So here at WSA you can create an NPC.
NPCs...
Do not count as regular characters, so you do not need to put them in your sig. You do not need to RP them all the time, just every so often to add to the clan background.
Do not need big huge bios. See below.
Do get mentioned by other cats, such as: "Fluffystar walked past the elder's den and saw NPC1 and NPC2 talking animatedly" or "The medicine cat told her apprentice about how NPC3's sprained ankle."
Do help your clans, so make them!
